The second pool competition this Tuesday, 5th may.

We’ll be running:
• Singles Division 1 Knockout
• Singles Division 2 Knockout
• Scotch Doubles (see rules below)

If you’re playing in the first match, please be ready to start promptly at 8:00 PM. If you’d like some practice beforehand, feel free to arrive earlier.

If you’re scheduled for the second match, please arrive by 8:15 PM so you’re ready to practice as soon as the first match finishes and can begin promptly.

The final round will follow immediately after the second match concludes.

All matches are a race to 3 (best of 5 frames).

Scotch Doubles Rules:
• Teams of two players
• Players alternate shots throughout each frame
• The break alternates between teams each frame
• No coaching or table talk once a visit has started
• Fouls follow standard rules, with the opposing team taking over

Competition scores can be submitted using the app. Search “RackEmApp” in the App Store or Google Play to download it.

• If you already have an account, log in and go to “My Matches”
• If you don’t have an account, press “Access Scoreboard” and enter the match code from the sheet below (codes are CASE SENSITIVE)

Please keep the score updated as you play. Only one player needs to enter the score, but make sure both players agree on it.

We also ask that you start recording your matches on the app from the beginning. This helps others follow live scores on the website and allows us to track match durations. That information is really useful for improving future competitions and addressing concerns about events running too late into the evening.
